Reset your tango body with dynamic stretches to release tension and strengthen the shoulders, hips, and feet.
Bio: Andrea Campetella has been teaching Pilates in Austin since 2014. A dancer for most of her life, she loves Pilates’ emphasis on strength through length, breath and moving from the center of the body out towards the limbs. Andrea opened her own studio in 2020, where she helps clients get stronger and move better through a combination of Pilates and strength training.
